We know online shopping can be tricky at times and we want you to love what you've purchased from us! This is why if you're not happy with your product/s we will happily offer an exchange or store credit as long as you meet these criteria: 

- Items must be returned within 7 days of original purchase date

- Product/s are in original condition, tags intact, unused, original packaging

- You must provide proof of purchase - Emailed receipt or in-store receipt. 

 

The following items are not eligible for return: 

- Gift Cards

- Earrings

- Sale items. These will be marked on the label and noted on the receipt. 

 

Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days or if any of the items do not comply with the criteria above we may decline the return. 

Please Note:  If you wish to return any item purchased, the cost of the return will not be covered by Wild Rose and will be at your expense. Please ensure you contact us Before sending back any return. You can then courier your item back to our store. We strongly recommend tracking your parcel to ensure it gets back to us within the 7 day period. 

 

FAULTY PRODUCT 

If your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately and return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s, provided that the product/s are in original condition, tags intact, unused and are accompanied with proof of purchase.  We will do our best to first attain a replacement product for you. If this is not feasible a full refund will be given and you will be notified. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund. 

 

RETURN STEPS 

Fill out the return form enclosed in your package.

Please take care to package your return. Make sure your returns form and proof of purchase (invoice) is included in the package.

Please make sure you choose a trackable shipping method that will get back to us within 7 days. Unfortunately things can go wrong when it comes to transit and we will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods that we have not shipped ourselves.
