We want you to be satisfied when you shop with us so please read our terms and conditions carefully before making an online or in-store purchase. 

 

 
IN-STORE PURCHASES

Taking into consideration you have the opportunity to try before you buy and view the product. 

- For in-store purchases we offer store credit or an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.  

- Full priced items must be returned in store or couriered (at the customer's expense) within 7 days of the purchase date.
 
- Proof of purchase must be presented in store or packaged in your return parcel if couriered back to our store.

- Product(s) must be in original condition (unused), tags intact and be in original packaging.


We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on:

- Sale items

- Gift cards.

- Earrings (For hygiene purposes).

         

 
ONLINE PURCHASES
  

We know online shopping can be tricky at times and we want you to love what you've purchased from us! Due to you not having the opportunity to try before you buy, our online returns policy looks slightly different to when you purchase products in store. 

- For online purchases we offer full refunds, store credits or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. 

- Full priced items must be returned to our store within 7 days of receiving your order. The shipping fee will be at the customer's expense. 
 
- Email us and fill out returns form enclosed in your parcel. 

- Proof of purchase must be sent back with your return parcel before sending it back to our store.

- Product(s) must be in original condition (unused), tags intact and be in original packaging.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on:

- Sale items

- Earrings (For hygiene purposes).

- Gift Cards

      

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

- There will be exchanges or store credit issued for in-store purchases. So please choose carefully if you are using Afterpay as your payment method as there will be no refunds for change of mind. 
 
- There will be refunds, returns or exchanges for online purchases as you do not have the chance to 'try before you buy'. You can choose between a refund, an online store credit or an exchange at the same or lesser amount. 


We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on:

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items. 

       

 FAULTY ITEMS

If your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately and return it to us within 7 days of receiving the product/s, provided that the product/s are in original condition (unused), tags intact, and are accompanied with your proof of purchase.  
      

We will do our best to first attain a replacement product for you. If this is not feasible a full refund will be given and you will be notified. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

 

 PLEASE NOTE

Before you return your in-store or online purchased item(s), please contact us immediately. If you are returning your purchase via a courier, please ensure your parcel is packaged with your receipt/proof of purchase (and your return form if it was an online purchased item) and packaged with care.  
    
It is strongly recommended that you track your parcel to ensure it is returned to us within the 7 day period as things can go wrong when it comes to transit and we will not be held liable for lost or damaged goods that we have not shipped ourselves. 
      

Unfortunately if your in-store/online purchase is returned later than 7 days or if any of the items do not comply with the criteria above we may decline the return. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated but instead offer an in-store/online credit for any returned items.
